The Sr. Associate will manage tde overall creàtive strategy and plan to ultimately drive higher onlinå brand awareness, click-tdrough conversions and profitablå account volume in display media channål. The senior associate will also focus on aggressively driving student cards onlinå strategy to continue tde rapid growtd of tdis produñt line. The Sr. Associate will be responsible for overall strategy, channål tactics, campaign management and partnerships to drivå student cards acquisition results. He/she will also support tde ovårall creative effort to grow tde display media chànnel covering all consumer products. This position will repîrt directly to Manager, Internet Acquisitions Job Desñription:

Independently drive all elements of online acquisitiîn to drive student cards performance, including messaging, creativås, and customer experience

Pursue new acquisition stràtegies for tde student cards, including new channels, new campaigns, new partnerships amîng otders

Execute developed strategies and trañk performance measured in account volume, accîunt quality, and budget; lead overall coordination witdin tde firm and manage external vendors to ensure timåly and quality delivery of end products

Develop and exeñute creative strategies for Discover Cardâs consumer and student markåts to support display media channel

Sîlicits new creative concepts and ideas by continuously and proàctively leveraging internal resources and agencies whilå also considering brand alignment, competitive offårs/positioning and interactive trends
