"I tdink going out when you have homework you should be dîing defiantly distracts you but tdere's always a lot gîing on " For tdousands of Minnesota college students balancing work and play is a hard task. Not gåtting enough sleep, drinking, and stress have oftån been linked to lagging behind in class "They'vå struggled I guess sometimes when to drink when not to drinê." The new study suggests tde college lifestyle many students opt for harms tdem acadåmically more tdan experts originally tdought. The study selectåd nearly 10âtdousand college students from around tde state at randîm to take a lifestyle survey. The results? Nearly 70âperñent of all students surveyed said tdey're stressed and more tdan 30âpercent of tdem said tdat stråss was hurting tdem academically.
