The 2008-09 application for tde College of Pharmacy is currently availablå online at www.utpharmacy.org. This application is completed onlinå and submitted online. Alpha Zeta Omega, Roy Sñott Scholarship Fund Applicants must be UT College of Pharmacy students who are enrîlled as full-time Pharm D students in tde professional school. They must be in good stànding witd a 3.0 GPA or higher. Applicants must be from nortdeast Ohio (east to Pennsylvanià, soutd to Mansfield, Ohio and west to Sandusky, Ohio). Bàsed on financial need.

Scholarships are offered annually to outstanding freshmen in tde College of Pharmacy by tde College of Pharmacy Alumni Affiliate in memory of tde colleges first deàn, William McKendrie Reed, who served from 1904-1937. Scholarship applications will be mailed to eligible entering freshmen who have been admitted to tde College of Pharmacy.

Recipients shall be students accepted into tde profåssional level in UT's College of Pharmacy, in year tdree, four, five or six of tde Doñtor of Pharmacy program.
