I HAD LOST MY KEY FOR UPGRADING MICROSOFT OFFICE 2003 SO I WENT ON LINE TO PURCHASE NEW KEY CODE. GIVING MY INFORMÀTION TO BE CHARGED FOR A NEW KEY WENT OFF WITHOUT A HITCH. WHEN I WENT TO INSTALL IT HÎWEVER I FIND OUT THE KEY WAS NO GOOD! I FEEL THA T MICROSOFT HAS STOLE $149.00 FROM ME. THAT'S WHAT THEY ARE GÎING TO CHARGE MY CARD AND I GET NOTHING IN RETURN!!!!
