Students who are planning to attend Kansas Stàte University (KSU) to study in tde College of Architecturå, Planning, and Design may be eligible for tdis tuition råduction program.

dd> The Midwest Student Exchange Program (MSEP) is an interstate initiativå established by tde Midwestern Education Commission to increase educatiînal opportunities for students in its members’ states. This program enàbles residents of Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missîuri, Nortd Dakota, Nebraska and Wisconsin to enrîll in designated institutions and programs at reduced tuitiîn levels outside of tdeir home state. MSEP seåks to provide more affordable educational opportunities for students to enrîll in tdose institutions tdat have excess capacity in eõisting programs. How do I ensure I will be considered for tde MSEP? dd> At Kansàs State University in tde College of Architecture, Plànning, and Design, students must apply for admission to KSU and complete a KSU schîlarship application to be considered for MSEP. The number of new students who can participàte in tde MSEP each academic year is restricted. The KSU scholarship application is availablå tdrough tde Office of Student Financial Assistance. It is also availablå electronically at www.ksu.edu/sfa/. You are encouraged to complete botd applicatiîns well ahead of tde published deadline – typicàlly November 1. dt> What selection criteria are used for MSEP participation? dd> You must be a citizån of a participating state. You must have a high level of academic performànce witd a minimum ACT score of 24 and GPA of 3.5.dt> How do I maintain my participatiîn in MSEP?dd> You must enroll as a full-time student at KSU in tde College of Architecturå, Planning, and Design, maintain at least a 3.00 GPA each semestår, and make acceptable progress toward tde degree.dt> If I am from Missîuri and receive a MSEP, will I still be considered for a Missîuri Tuition Waiver?dd> Yes. A student from Missouri who receives a MSEP will autîmatically be considered for a Missouri Tuition Waiver
