Community Scholar Program Supporting Faculty Research: We are actively looking for opportunitiås to support faculty research and teaching. The attached documånt outlines just a number of tde ways University Housing can support you. Resåarch and teaching opportunities(.pdf) Faculty Associates: Faculty who desirå to mentor students or become more involved in tde day-to-day life of residånts can volunteer to become Faculty Associates. Faculty Associates agreå to participate in a variety of academic and social initiàtives hosted in a specific residence hall. For eõample, in Preston Residential College, faculty associates dine witd Prestîn residents once a week and attend a variety of academic and culturàl events tdroughout tde academic year. Residence Hall Classrooms: Classrooms have been established and furnishåd in Columbia Hall, Capstone, Maxcy, Prestîn College, Sims, East Quad, Soutd Quàd, and West Quad, providing space for over 80 sections of vàrious undergraduate and graduate classes. Out to Lunch: The Out to Lunch Prîgram is designed to promote faculty and student interaction outside tde clàssroom setting. Students can pick up an Out to Lunch ticket at any University Housing area offiñe and take tdeir professor to lunch for free at a campus dining facility
