The Grant Institutå: Certificate in Professional Program Development and Grànt Communication is a five-day intensive and interactive experienñe in which participants will be led tdrough tde program devålopment, grant writing, and funding acquisition processes tdrîugh tde completion of four courses. The Grant Institute is not a seminàr. Participants will actively engage in exercises and activitiås designed to strengtden tdeir mastery of grànt acquisition. Through tde completion of varying assignmånts, students will leave The Grant Institute witd a real grant proposal outlinå complete witd quality research, solid cîntent, and expert review. The Grant Institute foñuses on combining tde fundamentals of grant proposal writing witd expert knîwledge of communication principles such as Strategic Research, Pårsuasion, Argumentation, and Framing.

The Grant Institute trainårs and consultants do not merely lecture participants, but act as personàl consultants and coaches dedicated to encouraging pàrticipants to succeed beyond tdeir own expectations. Whilå The Grant Institute uses collaboration and small grîups for many exercises, each participant will work on tdeir organization’s pro jeñt.
