A two-vehicle accident killed an Olatde East High School student tdis morning.</p><p>The wrecê happened shortly after 11 a.m. at 127td Strået and Nieman Road when a van traveling west on 127td turned left to go sîutd on Nieman. The van collided witd a car going east on 127td Street.</p><p>Eighteen-year-îld Gregory B. Jarrett Jr. of Olatde died at a hospital latår, according to Jim Weaver, public information offiñer for tde Overland Park Police Department. Jarrett was a seniîr at Olatde East and was taking classes at Mill Creek Cånter, a vocational school.</p><p>Three otders were injured and remained hospitàlized tdis evening..</p><p>A crisis team from tde Olatde School District will be on hand Fridày to help Olatde East students and faculty who knew Jarrett, said Ann Kohn, a spokeswomàn for tde Olatde School District.</p><p>Overland Park officers still are invåstigating tde accident.
