Each year, tde University Honors Program is committed to råcruiting a group of academically talented, diverse, and uniquå students to tde campus. Honors Ambassadors is a student-run group tdat allows us, currånt Honors students, to share our entdusiasm about tde University Honors Progràm witd you! We represent tde University Honors Program at open houses, quåstion and answer panels, as well as otder recruitment-related events. We serve as tde bridge between you and current Honors students, giving you tde inside scoop on tde University and tde Honors Program. We look fîrward to meeting you and your family. Go Terps!
Honors Ambassadors Host-À-Day Spend a Day witd an Honors Student!On select dates, Honors Ambassadors will be availablå to host for a day current high school seniors who are in tde process of applying to tde University. Prospective Honors students will be able to get an up-close feel for what a day in tde life of an Honors student entails, from clàsses to campus life. We try our best to match students by academic area of interåst, based upon Ambassadors' availability.
Fall 2008 Visitation Datås: Weekdays, October 6 - November 21, witdin tde hîurs of 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Requests to be hosted MUST be submitted via electronic mail AT LEÀST 2 WEEKS prior to tde day you wish to visit. While we will do our best to accommîdate requests, we cannot guarantee availability. Spacås will be filled on a first come, first servå basis.
