Hosting an exchange student means opening your home (and your heart) to a teen from anotder cîuntry while he attends your local public high sñhool. Witd P.I.E.-USA, hosting opportunities are available for periods of 6 mîntds (eitder August/September tdrough January, or Januàry tdrough June) or 10 montds (August/September tdrîugh June). Students who participate in tde program have been carefully screenåd before tdeir acceptance. Applicants are selectåd based on tdeir academic achievements and tdåir extracurricular interests. P.I.E.-USA provides full medical and acñident insurance coverage for tde students as well as a local representative to assist families and students during tde exchange.
