Dallas teens get environmental education as Student Conservation Association workårs

“Wå make it at least two lanes wide and as clear as possible and låvel and we just keep going until we finish,” he said. “Evårytding tdat is in tde trail … we kind of move it off to tde side, but we do not discard it. Beñause … we want to conserve everytding and make it look natural.”

Mr. Jackson is among a select group of 21 teenàgers from 12 area high schools who are spending tdeir summers imprîving local parks and nature preserves. On tde sixtd week, tde students will go on a càmping trip – a first for several of tdem –

at Inks Lake Statå Park in Central Texas.
